Payments
We accept:
Cash—with exact change
Credit Card—We can charge the account that you have on file
FSA/HSA debit cards
Check—If a check bounces, your credit card will be charged for the full amount, any bounced check fees, and a $10 processing fee.
Credit card or advance payment required to schedule your first session.
We use Square for holding credit card information and processing payments.
Payment due at time of service. We do not bill insurance.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and your practitioner, the following policies are honored:
If you cancel your appointment (or any appointment that you have scheduled for yourself or anyone else) with less than 24 hours notice, arrive sick, arrive late, or do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
If you arrive late, expect your session to end on schedule. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
